Cannonball with Clear Wax on a Hutch

Some people think re-doing an old piece of furniture is a lot of work. It does not have to be. It’s amazing what one color and one finish can do to a piece. Just check out this Hutch from Heather who used Cannon Ball with Clear Wax on a Hutch.

Heather tells us that this hutch was a labor of love. It was old and dated when she received it. She removed the back and replaced it with reclaimed wood, as well as the bottom middle doors and made a wine rack that resembles an old Apple crate. It received all new hardware and a little light dotted sing on the edges. It was then finished with Cannonball and sealed with Clear Wax.

Heather said, “I have always loved working with American Paint Company products. The process is a little more time consuming than the others on the market that claim you don’t need to wax, but I feel that it is part of the whole experience and nothing compares to my APC wax.”
