Our featured DIYer Marja received a couple of maple end tables with a matching triple dresser from her sister. The pieces had some damage, but Marja repaired the damage and prepped them for their face-lift. With 46 APC colors available, she picked Limoges as her masterpiece color, a vintage yellowy cream, found at her local Princeton Paint and Decorating.
As an experienced furniture refinisher, Marja found American Paint Company products easy to use. She thinned out the paint with some water (something you can totally do with clay, chalk, mineral base paint!), and began to paint. One great benefit to using APC paints is how fast it dries and how quickly you can complete your masterpiece! Marja added a couple of coats to achieve the desired look she was going for.
Once the paint was applied and dried, Marja applied some of our Top Coat to seal and protect her masterpiece.
