American Home Collection – Country Barn!

Are you searching for a perfect shade of red?  Red is confident and assertive it can be bold, it stimulates appetite, energy, and motivation and represents love!  Our AHC Country Barn is versatile and eager to please!

Kathy Cook, owner of The Vintage Dames, Lemoyne, PA,  shares her piece painted in Country Barn, Vintage Velvet, Brown Glaze and Clear Wax.  She painted Country Barn over Vintage Velvet and wiped it back while it was slightly wet, blended the color and then dry brushed Vintage Velvet over top, and then another dry brushed layer of Country Barn.  Using a dry brush method creates movement in her piece!

Country Barn was used to bring new life to a chest of drawers painted by Helenn .   Country Barn was used a her base, with a wash of Limoges over top and it was finished with a 50/50 mix of dark and clear wax.

To add more interest to her piece, she used a poster that was cut to size to fit the drawers fronts and decoupaged in place. Its full of county charm!

Kimberly painted this piece with Country Barn and Amber Waves of Grain.  A perfect color combination for a little love in any room!

Kim Shaw, owner of Kimco Interior Fashions, Fishersville, Virginia, gave her hutch an extra dose of  country using Country Barn on her piece.  We love this hutch and Country Barn was a perfect match!

Country Barn was used to stencil an all over pattern on the top of this table and it was used for the base and legs.  Lisa DeSantiago, Double Take Decor, Hamilton, MT, gave an ordinary table new life using Country Barn!

Traci  used Country Barn and Brown Glaze for an ambitious bedroom makeover, and it turned out beautiful!
