The word perennial, by definition is ‘something that is rejuvenating year after year’. Meet, Perennial Design, located in Lebanon, Missouri who strives to fulfill that name. Laurie Bennett started the business with her husband because they wanted to be a part of their downtown community. As second generation business owners, it was important to them to have a place in the community, a haven really, where people could not only come to shop, but find local artists and have parties as well.
Tammy is one of those artists. She is making her mark to be a leader in chalk/clay/mineral painting techniques in their area and her furniture sells quickly. The color combinations she uses are all the talk and her schedule is full with customers awaiting her transformation of their furniture pieces. At Perennial, she teaches monthly painting classes.
Laurie and her husband also created Perennial Place, a space created to offer classes, clubs, parties, baby and bridal showers, and paint classes featuring American Paint Company products. Customers can even rent the space for their own events and many fun times have been had at Perennial!
Perennial Design offers a variety of merchandise ranging from home décor, gifts, clothing for women and children, specialty food and of course, American Paint Company. They even offer free local delivery of any of their products along with free gift wrapping! Laurie is loving the paint and is proud to carry the product. She says, “American Paint Company is a company we are honored to present to our customers. The longer we offer the product the longer we are pleased with the decision to bring it to Lebanon.”
